Abstract
The paper reviews the results of the first and second measurement of entrepreneurial thinking and acting of the students of two partner schools, i.e. OTH Regensburg and ITB in Ceske Budejovice. It was a measurement within which the students themselves evaluated their entrepreneurial competences in a questionnaire. The first measurement was performed at the beginning of the project in the first half of the year of 2017 (Caha et al.), the second at the end of the project in the middle of the year of 2019. The comparison of the results showed an improving tendency in all main examined aspects regarding the students of both partner universities.

Abstract
The aim of the paper is to attempt to present the significance of social capital in modern economy, as there are significant reserves in the application of social capital. This topic is currently very sought-after in the Czech Republic. The motivation to write the paper was the effort to review the new theoretical concepts, as the crucial alterations in this field should follow a thorough analysis and discussion. The paper characterises so called neo-capital, i.e. social capital, its history, conceptualisation, forms, methods of measurement, etc. The concept of social capital, which significantly influences especially economic development and growth, belongs to the modern approaches of the development of regional economy and influences social networks, relationships, trust, standards and values. The results of the paper point out to fact that collective social capital is the most significant factor in companies; it is something that benefits all employees.

Abstract
Education brings benefits to an individual, company and economy. The state educational system can form the basic work competences sought by the companies. The lifelong employability is influenced by both cognitive competences and non-cognitive competences. Companies selecting new employees prefer those with entrepreneurial competences who continue to develop them.
The role of educational institutions is to prepare workforce for the period of automation and robotic automation. This challenge can be met if university curricula are created and performed in cooperation with business and proactive and activating methods are employed in teaching, e.g. team-based projects and project-based management of innovations.

Abstract
The opening balance has recently seen a rather negative trend, with more companies wound-up than founded. The society as a whole calls for higher security, resulting from a good economic situation. The growing need for innovatively thinking and independently acting people exists not only in the area of external entrepreneurship but also within companies (Intrapreneurship). Business intentions include founding a corporation (Entrepreneurship-Intention) or undertaking a quasi-independent one and innovating abilities within the exiting organization (Intrapreneurship-Intention). These intentions require entrepreneurial competencies comprising cognitive and psychological conditioned factors understood as every-day competencies.
Business intentions and competencies involve conventional and alternative methods (questionnaire) pointing out professions such as Entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship or terms Entrepreneur and Intra-preneur with entrepreneurial competencies. Based on two types of research, the established model of assessing competency development allows evaluating the prerequisites for business skills and entrepreneurship intentions (Pre-Evaluation). A useful comparison enables to choose a stimulating learning and teaching environment for group intentions (Entrepreneurship/Intrapreneurship Intentions) with target activation elements to develop business skills. The final evaluation procedures allow measuring the teaching success rate within Entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship and analysing new requirements. Long-term monitoring also explores the effects of university education on behaviour displayed in increased intention. For a better understanding, the article avoids the current use of feminine and masculine forms. All personal pronouns relate to both sexes.

Abstract
The article aims at using archetypes in marketing, advertising and branding, firstly focusing on its psychological conception by C. G. Jung, overlapping in (collective) conscious or unconscious, archetype relationships and culture including archetypal projections within various scopes of human activities. The importance of archetypes in marketing reflects twelve typologies by Mark and Pearson (PMAI, 2001). The conclusion refers to a dynamic prototype of a hero and his journey as a marketing story.

Abstract
The virtual learning environment has deeply penetrated university teaching processes. Virtual educational institutions provide services mostly used by so-called Digital Natives performing their day-to-day activities ranging from gathering information via communication (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter) to free-time activities (e-books, e-journal, streaming services) exclusively on the internet (Handke, 2017). Designing digital learning format at the beginning of the teaching process often fails to meet specific requirements for the digital format adjustment.
The following article gives an overview of the current trends in virtual university education, specifically the business area. It firstly explains the particularities of online learning with a follow-up description of the flipped approach in the class taught in digital learning modules combined with the attendance phase, allowing deep processing of the complex learning content. The study further suggests online courses, MOOC and SPOC and lectures on start-up theories, presenting a few multimedia learning tools. The conclusion discusses the up-to-date development of university education.

Abstract
The basic competence of every entrepreneur/manager, which he should undoubtedly use, is effective business management. An effective tool for appropriately performing this competence and applying it in practice is the regular implementation of the so-called management audit. The paper is focused on the use of this competence in business practice. The necessary data were obtained from a questionnaire survey for the period 2018/2019, which was conducted in the Czech Republic. A total of 255 companies took part in the questionnaire survey, while the research was intended only for owners and managers of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The use of entrepreneurial competence - the processing of the management audit was evaluated on the basis of the processing of the binomial test and the processing of the correlation analysis. Based on the evaluation of the data obtained, the research came to a clear conclusion that entrepreneurs and managers do not use the competence - implementation and processing of management audit, and thus lose the possibility of more effective management of their companies.

Abstract
Products, whether in the form of goods or services, must somehow reach the customer. Otherwise, they would be practically worthless from a business point of view. In other words, if the product is not available on the market (i.e. not accessible) for the target customer group, all other marketing efforts were made unnecessarily. From the marketing point of view, in this context, we talk about distribution, including not only the physical movement of goods, but also the provision of marketing channels or distribution channels so that the customer is able to buy the offered product in some way, get to the place of its offer, and choose it. The very choice of specific marketing channels (or distribution channels) should logically take into account the needs and wishes of customers. The suitability of providing marketing channels is, of course, reflected in the subsequent success or failure of the business entity. There is usually a distinction between direct and indirect market entry. So, the aim of this paper is to find specific examples in contemporary business practice, which will prove the real use of the possibilities of this direct and indirect market entry, which are usually described in marketing theory.

Abstract
The paper summarises the outcomes that have been created within the implementation of the cross-border project of Entrepreneurial competences in the Czech-Bavarian Labour Market, reg. No. 34. These outcomes will enable the university graduates to acquire the basic entrepreneurial competences, thanks to which they will become more successful in the labour market both in the area of their own business activities and in the employee position. They are available to the general public free of charge. Activities of such type are perceived as a contribution to the increase of the number of persons who will do their own business or will use the offer of the labour market of the neighbouring country. This is especially beneficial for the inhabitants of the border regions of both countries, which do not offer as many job opportunities as the bigger towns in the region.
Key words: entrepreneurial competencies, labour market, South Bohemia, Bavaria
